Service: E

Includes
Approximately 1 week from start to finish. We will appraise, price and hold A 2 day estate sale for you. And no other services.

No out of pocket we bill based on commission determine when we sign contract!

Service: X

X service includes appraisal, pricing and a 3 day Estate Sale.

No out of pocket expences for the family.

Service: T

After your 3 day sale, we will upon the clients direction box up and donate the items that are left. This service is an additional fee ranges from $200 and up depending on the size of the donation. We will supply all packing supplies,

Service : R

R is for Recycle and Rubbish, this service will include items that are able to be recycled and the rubbish will be collected by a “junker” and hauled off for a fee. This service starts at $300 and up depending on the amount of stuff.

Service : A

This is the ALL INCLUSIVE…. Our team will come in execute your sale and clear the entire home out and clean top to bottom and landscape upon request. Your property will be market ready. This service will take 2 weeks minimum and starts at $700.00 and up depending on the home. This service is generally chosen when the family that is in charge of the estate is out of state and Can’t be at the location to get it done alone. My team of trustworthy ladies will take care of every aspect so you can sit back and relax knowing your in good hands l n
